The Commercial Law Department addresses the needs both of the individual and of the corporations or non profit organizations, particularly social welfare mutual societies, foundations and economic interest groups; and advises on the negotiation and drafting of any kind of contracts and transactions within the scope of commercial, associations, companies and mutual societies Law.

Likewise, and with the relevant tax and employment departments’ cooperation, the Commercial Law Department advises on the sale and acquisition of companies, branches and businesses, as well as in group restructuring, mergers and demergers.

Our knowledge and expertise in the field of the Company Law also extends to judicial procedures before the commercial and civil jurisdictions, both in the pre-court stage and during the proceedings, without prejudice to our preference for finding a negotiated solution in the disputes that is satisfactory for the client.
