FRENCH LAW

The French Law Department provides direct services to both Companies and individuals within the management of French-Spanish cross-boarder files, mainly in Civil Law, Business Law and Company Law.

Acting with a recognized know-how in Business Law, the Department assists its clients in every stage of the creation of a trading company as well as in group restructuring, mergers and demergers.

Likewise, the Department takes care of the legal and administrative formalities in the various sections of the Commercial Register as well as the preparation, drafting and revision of Board of Directors and Executives Committees meeting certificates. The French Law Department advises the companies in French Law commercial contracts, Spanish investments in France and is in charge of the legal follow-up of its client’s projects.

Our wide experience within Civil Law enables us to intervene in every stage of the creation of civil companies, associations and foundations. We also take care of the drafting of any kind of civil contracts, in particular sales contracts, sales agreements, leases and mortgages.

We also assist our clients in Family Law and Law of Successions particularly in the cross-boarder files.

The French Law Department intervenes directly in all the stages of the judicial and arbitration procedures of a civil and commercial nature.
